Musica Omnia, Inc., through its Art of the States service, provides podcasts (the "Art of the States Podcasts") consisting of selected audio content from Art of the States and other content providers, available at http://www.artofthestates.org/rss/aos.xml and http://www.artofthestates.org/rss/aos-exploded-view.xml, that is provided over the Internet using a Web page and an XML feed and associated audio files so that the audio files may be downloaded and played from a user's computer or transferred to a portable listening device. Art of the States Podcasts are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All rights in and to the Art of the States Podcasts are reserved to Art of the States or the content provider. Art of the States Podcasts are available for personal, noncommercial use only. You may download, copy and/or transfer to a portable listening device the Art of the States Podcasts for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you do not modify the content.
